SBR, SCR and CR is a synthetic rubber which consists of the plastic chloroprene or styrene-butadiene rubber and is referred to in the language as "neoprene". Small gas bubbles distributed in the material ensure the thermal insulation properties. The polymers of neoprene contain a double bond, just as rubber obtained from natural rubber. The raw material can be reinforced by vulcanization. The coating of our neoprene is made of nylon / polyester jersey.

In addition to synthetic rubber aging inhibitors, a propellant and other additives are also required. The ingredients are mixed by kneading and stirring to give a homogeneous mass. The production itself is strongly reminiscent of baking a cake at a precisely defined temperature / time sequence - vulcanization. At the end of the vulcanization process, a neoprene rubber block is formed. Only the uppermost layers, and the lowest layers, are the so-called "neoprene neoprene." The normal neoprene is sliced ​​out of the block in the desired thickness.

There are statutory warranty rights.
However, the following points (of A-F) do not represent a defect:
A) Little crinkle or folds in the neoprene material are not a defect, because these crinkle disappear after spreading of the material or after unpacking or processing again.
B) Typical rubber smell due to fresh production is not a quality defect and disappears after some time.
C) Due to curling, little light bruises can occur on the side of the fabric.
D) Due to the manufacturing process, width and length may differ by +/- 2cm per piece.
E) The thickness of the neoprene may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process (+/- 0.4mm)
F) Little color difference are not a defect, are production-related. Color samples or previously purchased neoprene and later purchased neoprene may vary in color, but the basic color remains.
